It’s hard to believe that two years ago today we were nervously getting ready to walk down the isle…what a wonderful day! Two years later we’re celebrating our anniversary, and exchanging gifts…
The Renaissance Man loves to watch any and all cooking shows, and lately he’s really gotten into the idea of fermentation. So for my gift I put together a fermentation kit…complete with a few of the books he’s been eyeing, a canning pot, and all sorts of canning essentials.

For my gift, The Renaissance Man put together a more traditional gift…a two year anniversary gift is suppose to include “cotton.” So The Renaissance found this beautiful hand-beaded basket at a Pow Wow event this summer, and thought it would make a perfect container for “cotton” balls. The beading is stunning, and I love the colors. This is going right on our counter top in the master bathroom. Such a thoughtful gift!
Happy Two Years to us! The sun is rising in Dundee and it’s shaping up to be a fantastic day!
